Description

Join the most immersive filmmakers conference in the Mid-Atlantic. ScriptDC supports the work of directors, producers, actors, and writers with seminars that provide access to talented media professionals willing to share their expertise. This conference will be held in the McKinley Building, on the main campus of American University.

This year, five master classes—alongside multiple critiques and workshops—will allow participants to focus on what they want to accomplish creatively. SOC Game Design Professor Robert Hone will be presenting a master class on ANIMATION.

Attendees will gain a head start on their competition, since many of this year's speakers have experience with production and distribution in China, home to the largest viewing audience in the world. The conference will allow attendees to develop strategies and long-term relationships to yield results for their filmmaking careers.
